new gift certificates purchases at this time.
How To Redeem Gift
Certificates

To redeem a Gift Certificate in
person,
bring it to the Danno Enterprises booth at any car show
that we will be attending (see the Show
Calendar for dates and locations).
You can also redeem your Certificate
by mail.
Fill out an Order Form in the same way as you
would
for any other purchase, choosing Gift Certificate for the Payment Type.
You must enclose the original Gift Certificate with your order.
If redeemed by mail, shipping and handling charges will be applicable
(see Shipping section below), and Florida residents must pay sales
tax.
Gift Certificates must be redeemed
within six months of issue date.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Ordering

Ordering online is easy and can be
used by
any customer paying via credit card. PayPal customers should read the section
below for PayPal information.
If you wish to pay by check or money order,
go to the next section for complete details.
To order online, simply browse the
Product Catalogue
and when you find the product(s) you want to purchase,
just click the "Buy It" button
at the end of the product listing line.
This will take you to our
"Shopping Cart" page, where you will
see the information about the product you have clicked on.
If you've made an error, or later change your mind,
delete the product by changing the quantity to "0".
To "Continue Shopping" or
"Go To Payments",
use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page. If you experience
problems with the "Continue Shopping" button, use your
"Back" button on your taskbar.
Use the "Recalculate" button when you delete an item
or change the quantity to see the revised total.
If you continue shopping, you can
review the contents of
your Shopping Cart or Checkout at any time,
using the navigation buttons found at the bottom
of each of the Product Tables.
Once you have finished shopping,
click the "Go to Payments" button on the Shopping Cart page
to finish checking out.
PayPal customers will be prompted & directed to the PayPal site to complete
their order. Please see the Shipping section below for additional PayPal
information.
Upon receipt of your order,
Danno Enterprises will send you an automated email confirmation.

Using your printer, make a copy of
the Order Form
1) Fill in the Order Form using black ink only,
hand printing the information legibly and then fax or mail.

2) Print a draft copy of the Order Form on your
printer and
use it to make notes while browsing the Product Catalogue.
The information can then be typed
onto
the Order Form
using your browser, printed on your printer
and then mailed or faxed
(the form is located on our Secure Server Link (SSL)
so your privacy is completely protected).

prior to placing a telephone order, to make sure that you have
all the required information in front of you.

PERSONAL OR COMPANY
CHECKS
Until a satisfactory payment history
has been established,
orders paid by personal or company check are held
until the funds clear our bank (7-14 days). Checks must include pre-printed
name, address, city/state and check number. We reserve the right to contact
your financial institution to verify sufficient funds.
Please make sure all payments are in U.S. dollars.

CASHIER'S CHECKS OR MONEY
ORDERS
Orders paid by cashier's (certified)
checks or money orders
will be processed without delay since payment is guaranteed.
Please make sure all payments are in U.S. dollars.

CREDIT CARDS
Danno Enterprises accepts Visa and
MasterCard.
Orders will be processed after credit information is verified.
Please make sure all payments are in U.S. dollars.
In most cases your credit card will
be charged the same day
that we receive the order and will be shipped within two business days.
If any items are placed on back order, we will notify you, and
your card will not be charged until the order is actually filled.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS for U.S.
CUSTOMERS
U.S. customers wishing to pay by
PayPal will fill out the OnLine order form as usual, ticking the "PayPal
Payment" option when prompted. It is highly advised that if your product
is marked "Subject To Availability" or products requiring special
shipping or oversize charges that you email first for instructions.

PAYPAL for INTERNATIONAL
CUSTOMERS
International PayPal
customers cannot order directly online.
Customers outside of the lower 48 US
states wishing to pay with PayPal must follow this ordering procedure:
* Email us with the part numbers & quantity you are interested in ordering.
Please include the year, make and model of your vehicle.
* We will calculate a total including shipping & insurance and generate a
PayPal invoice.
* PayPal will forward this invoice to you at the email address you have
provided.
* You will have 48 hours to respond to the PayPal request for payment after
which your order will automatically be cancelled.
All PayPal transactions are subject
to approval by PayPal and must be paid in U.S. dollars (USD).

COD ORDERS
Danno Enterprises does not accept COD
orders.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE
CONTINENTAL U.S.
Orders within the continental United
States are shipped by
United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground delivery or US Postal Service
(USPS) Priority Mail. We reserve the right to choose the most cost effective
and time effective method.
Delivery time is based on the geographical distance from the shipper. If
delivery time is an issue, please e-mail for an estimated delivery date.

Florida (except Lower Keys & Western Panhandle): Next Business Day
Southeast US: 1-2 Business days
Northeast US: 3-5 Business days
Central US: 3-5 Business Days
AZ, NV & CA: 5 Business Days

We will add $9.00 to your order for
standard shipping and handling.

Certain oversize items may incur

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII
& PUERTO RICO
Orders to the above areas are shipped
via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Air only (by request only).
We will ship at the most cost effective method.
If you have a preference, please email or telephone Danno Enterprises to
discuss costs. International PayPal customers must email for shipping charges
before ordering. See 'PayPal for International Customers' above.
As noted above, certain
oversize/overweight items may incur additional charges
over and above the base shipping and handling costs.

CANADA and other
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Effective March 1, 2003 ALL orders to Canada and International
destinations must be a minimum of $50.00 USD before shipping charges. We must
initiate this policy due the amount of time and paperwork required to process
these orders. Most international orders will ship within 2-3 business days of
receipt.
U.S. Postal Service and UPS Standard
Ground (to Canada) are available. We will ship at the most cost effective
method. International customers will be advised of estimated shipping costs by
e-mail for their approval. Please contact Danno Enterprises to discuss shipping
costs and options. PayPal customers must call or email for shipping charges. If
delivery time is an issue, please e-mail for an estimated delivery date.
Please remember that all payments must be in U.S. dollars.
DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS
FEE'S & CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
International customers should be
reminded that they are responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and/or
customs fee's imposed by their country or province.
Danno Enterprises will not knowingly provide fraudulent
shipping information to the US government including the US Postal Service.
Orders will be shipped as 'merchandise' at the current purchase price.
Please be advised that we will no longer be able to track your package once it
enters into the delivery service of the destination country . Packages deemed
to be late or delayed must be tracked through the Customs office of the
destination country. A minimum of 30 days must pass before a customs search
will be initiated.

ORDER PROBLEMS

1) If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time
2) If your order is damaged
3) If your order is missing items which are not noted as backordered
4) If you receive incorrect items
Danno Enterprises reserves the
right to substitute parts of equal or greater value if an advertised part
number is unavailable or out of stock.

RETURNS
Check your order as soon as you
receive it.
To return an item or report any problems,
please call or email Danno Enterprises as soon as possible.
Please provide us with full details
of why you are returning the item,
or any problems that you encountered with the order.
* Claims for refunds, exchange or
credit must be made within 30 days of the date of your original invoice.
Exchange or credit only after 30 days.
* Returned orders must be shipped
unopened complete with all original packaging, postpaid & insured.
Restocking/repackaging fee's may apply to opened units. No COD orders will be
accepted. Return Authorization is required. Call or e-mail for return
authorization.
* Shipping charges are not
refundable.
