If you prefer not to use
Online Ordering or want to use other payment options
(see Ordering Information ), you
can fax, snail mail or telephone your order in
by following the instructions on this page..
If you do not want
to Order Online, this page will assist you in printing
a Fax/Mail Order Form on your printer. Please read the instructions below,
then click on the Order Form link at the bottom of the page.

The form is two (2) pages long and is
printed
on your computer's printer (in your browser click on "File" then
"Print").
Make sure your "Page Setup" margins are set to 0.5" (1/2")
on all four sides.
To have the Order Form's
black borders print, you must have
"print backgrounds" enabled in your browser options.
Before printing the form,
choose the correct selection
for each of the dropdown boxes.
After printing, you can
fill the Order Form in by hand
(print legibly and use black ink)
or use it as a draft to make notes on or for telephone orders.
You must calculate the totals manually.
To input the information
from the draft copy into the form, return to
the Order Form page and type the information right into your browser
(the Order Form resides on a Secure Server Link, so what you type
cannot be viewed by others). Then, reprint the completed form
and fax or snail mail to Danno Enterprises.
