Danno Enterprises, its employees, representatives, vendors and/or suppliers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained from the use, misuse or inability to use any of the products sold in its catalog, advertisements, retail sites, trade shows, swap meets or websites. Warranties will be void for damage to its product arising from vehicle accident, improper installation, abuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations or used for applications other than intended by the manufacturer or supplier. Professional installation of products are highly recommended.

Danno Enterprises, its employees, representatives, vendors and/or suppliers will not be liable for any labor costs associated with the warranty or non-warranty replacement of its products.
